Summary
Spanish House MX provides an inclusive learning environment where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or national origin is strictly prohibited. We actively promote diversity and equity throughout our programs.

Policy
Spanish House MX maintains zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. All staff, faculty, students, and vendors must observe the following principles:
1. Equal Access: No person shall be denied participation based on protected characteristics.
2. Harassment Prevention: Verbal, physical, or visual harassment is forbidden.
3. Reporting Channels: Reports can be submitted confidentially to spanishouse@elad.edu.mx for immediate review.
4. Vendor Compliance: All subcontractors agree in writing to uphold these same standards.
5. Accountability: Confirmed violations result in corrective action or contract termination.
